Week 43 results
back on track

Lost 1 cm of waistline (again) after increasing the exercise calories to 280 per day, so I can say that I'm back on track. Since I'm lost so much weight, mainly for not working out so much anymore, I will force my self to visit the gym more often the comming week. Here are some photos of my prepared nomato meat sauce that I love so much and that is easy to make. I usally prepare with 1 kg of grained meat and the result will be 8 portions poured into two glass containers. I eat the dish together with some kind of konjac flour pasta or noodles. 0.5cm decrease of waistline

Now the steep uphill phase has begun, at the end the waist will shrink less, but don't worry, this is normal. If you want to go on the attack, don't cut back on your food, try increasing your exercise instead. Check updated statistics

Fat Loss Made Easy

Drink enough water – stay hydrated One piece of advice is to take half a liter of water with each meal. If you, like me, eat five times a day, then you will get enough water without even thinking about it.  Don’t get hungry By spreading out your meals over the day then it will be less l chance that you will be getting hungry. I for example eat five times a day, a smoothie for breakfast and four meals spread out with around three hours between. This is an excellent method to keep blodsugar on a steady level and minimize the risk of falling for temptations when getting hungry. Maybe some of you will think that two lunches at work it will be hard to manage, but if you prepared lunchboxes ahead then it will not be a big hassle.  Heating up a dish in microwave oven and eat it will not really take more than ten minutes and having two ten minutes breaks a day should work If you get hungry - drink water. Don't be tempted to grab a banana or power/chocolate cookie on the way home from ...

Week 39 to 41
another 3 cm decrease of waistline

I've been sick and a bit uninspired so I haven't posted in a while, but I'll catch up now πŸ™‚ I have started taking some walks again as my sore throat is almost healed. I plan to give my view of how to lose fat and some easy to follow advice. Check updated statistics

Week 38 results
1cm decrease of waistline

Still not well enough to fall back into normal routines like taking daily walks and occasionally going to the gym, but at least there is light at the tunnel. Next week I will start taking walks again, increase calorie intake and see how it goes. The struggle this week has been not eating too many cookies, I got a bag of apples so I made apple pie and other soft cookies πŸ˜‹ Check updated statistics

Week 37 results
1cm decrease of waistline

This week continued sore throat and intense coughing.   I didn't dare to do any exercises at all, but I went outside on Friday to sit on a bench and watch the sunset. I still have a cold, but hopefully I can get some walks in later this coming week. 😷   However, I kept my calorie intake low and continued to eat many different soups. Check updated statistics

Week 36 finished
1cm decrease of waistline

This week was a little bit of a stuggle, I got a really sore throat with intense coughing and could almost not talk at all. I'm still sick but hopefully it will get better soon πŸ˜ƒ I couldn't take any walks for the last four days of the week and because of this I tried to reduce my calorie intake, but it's not easy when you're stuck at home trying to get well. My muffins became a savior, sometimes I ate them twice a day  πŸ˜‹   Also I prepared a fish and leek soup that became extreamly low on calories and tasted really good.  Check updated statistics
